Symptoms of water retention

The most common symptoms of edema are:

swelling of the face and other parts of the body;
swelling of hands, feet, wrists and ankles;

Parsley:

How to use:

Add a handful of fresh parsley to the boiling water.
Remove from heat and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Strain, pour into a glass and drink.
You can also add 2 teaspoons of dried parsley to the tea bag.
Repeat 5-7 times daily.
Note that you can use 2 teaspoons of dried parsley or tea bags instead of fresh parsley in 1 cup of water.

How to use:
