- Bad smell
We all experience bad underarm odor. But then these odors can be easily removed with a good bath or deodorant. But if your underarms smell bad even after you shower or apply deodorant, it could be a problem. It could be a thyroid problem or a hormonal imbalance. If it smells like nail polish or rotten fruit, it is a sign of ketoacidosis, which means that our body is unable to produce sugar.
After shaving, your armpits may feel a little itchy because of the new hair growth. But if the itching persists, it’s a problem. This can be a reaction to shaving or any product used on the skin. If dead cells or red spots appear, this means a yeast infection. Consult a doctor immediately.

Our armpits are always warm and moist, and this is where yeast can grow. This can cause a major reaction on your skin that causes a rash. This skin reaction may be due to the constant contact with our clothes. So, the best thing you can do in such a situation is to consult a dermatologist who can guide you in the right direction.
In general, our armpits should not be on the beach. But if they feel pain, there can be many reasons. Perhaps you have been doing vigorous exercise and this may be a good reason for such pain. Or maybe you’re lifting something heavy. This type of pain will disappear after some time. But if this pain persists for a long time, you have a problem on your hands. It may be due to the presence of a tumor in the lymph nodes, so it is better to consult a doctor.

Lymph nodes are not visible in our armpits, but they are there. If you have a lump there, it means that our lymph nodes are working and they are trying to fight off some kind of infection. It should disappear after a while. But if this condition persists, it’s time to see a doctor. It could mean a bad infection or it could mean cancer.
- Sweating profusely
If the weather is very hot, sweating is normal. Likewise, if you’ve been through an intense training period, it’s okay to sweat. But you should not sweat while sleeping or just walking. Excessive sweating is a form of hormonal imbalance and can indicate that menopause is approaching. This could indicate problems with gout or diabetes.
