- Do not get a pedicure after shaving
We usually tend to shave our legs first and then finish with a pedicure. This exercise creates small scratches on our feet.
- Take a contrasting shower
After you’re done showering, turn the shower on full and finish your session. The stress of showering can help relieve stress on your body and strengthen your body structure. However, taking a shower before bed sometimes doesn’t help our sleep cycle.
- Shower every day
Showering and washing your hair every day can cause dry skin and thinning hair. Avoid rubbing yourself daily to avoid breakouts on your skin and scalp.
- Do not wrap the towel around your hair
Wet hair is prone to breakage and fall. Dampness does not make hair look clean and fresh.
- Clean the shower head regularly
The shower head is one thing that we never end up cleaning. Clean plaque from the shower head for a hygienic and sanitary shower.
- Keep the soap dish dry
The soap dish should be kept dry so that it does not harbor bacteria and other bacteria. Keeping your dish soap wet will melt the soap cake and not allow the wastewater to drain away.
- Don’t leave your pee in the bathroom
If you use a razor in the bathroom, be sure to take it out before you leave. Moisture may render the blade unsuitable for use.
- Change/clean towels regularly
Change and clean your towels regularly to prevent bacteria from growing on them. Air the towels daily and do not leave them damp.
- Clean your bathtub
Be sure to rinse immediately after using the tub every time you shower. This will help you stay clean, both for yourself and for someone else. In addition, it stops the development of Escherichia coli in pigeons.
- Do not keep the cotton wet
Be sure to place the sponge in a clean, dry place after showering. Otherwise, the moist web can be a host for thriving microbes.
- Wash your feet well
Most people are as reluctant to clean their feet as they are to clean their bodies. But careless washing can cause ingrown toenails.
