A broken shoulder and 42 days ITT
Two policemen follow him. One of the two tries to stop his race, but the defendant avoids it. The other, making a kick, tries to surround him. But the fugitive makes a turn, gives him a violent kick and manages to escape by getting rid of a tennis ball. The agent falls and stays on the ground. A quarrel that caused him a shoulder fracture and 42 days of ITT (total work stoppage).
“I did not touch the police at any moment”
In the courtroom, the defendant gives his version of the facts.
“I was there with two colleagues. I knew they had tennis balls in their car. So when the police intervened, I fled. But it was not me who had to throw the balls, I was not involved in that. And at no point did I touch a cop. »
Inside these famous tennis balls were 47 g of cannabis in one and two SIM cards in the other. They should have completed their journey inside the prison, but the attempt was thwarted.

Regarding the quarrel, the defendant’s version “irritates” the prosecutor, who relies on elements of the investigation, including the medical doctor’s expertise: “What is shameful about the defendant’s version is that the medical doctor should be considered lying. Requires 10 months imprisonment, including 2 to 3 months suspended imprisonment for two years.
The young man, not yet throwing the tennis ball, the court acquits him of these facts, but sentences him for rebellion to 6 months probation.
