Let’s think. Sinus pressure, or chronic sinus pressure (sinusitis), is not only tiring and frustrating but also long-lasting and difficult to treat.
Sinus pressure can cause severe headaches and affect the quality of our sleep, taste, and ability to breathe air (which I hear is important).
What is sinusitis?
Sinusitis occurs when the nasal passages become inflamed, causing pressure, pain, and a stuffy or runny nose. It can be caused by colds, flu, allergies, deviated septum, or adenoids.
Symptoms of sinusitis
Pain and pressure around the sinuses and forehead.
Headache near the nasal cavity.
Ear pressure or pain.

Steam is one of the best ways to clear and cleanse the sinuses. You can do this by filling a large pot with boiling water, then wrapping your head in a towel and inhaling the steam.
